Class profile
There are 27 students in this group, 17 girls and 10 boys.  They are between 15 and 16 year old. They have greater exposure to spoken English. For example, they can switch off quite easily; especially if they are have a long and not especially interesting piece of reading. However, if they get involved, they can be noisy and enthusiastic.
Timetable fit
In the past lessons, the students have been learning about how to express criticism, possibility and certainly in the past. They have learning about various aspects of modern life including technology, fashion and devices.
Next lesson the class the students will read a book review that will help them to familiarize with descriptive language used in books reviews.
 Main aim (s):
By the end of the lesson the learners will:
1.       talk about horoscopes
2.       discuss novels and express preferences
3.       make a decision and justify it

*Explain to Ss that they are going to hear five people reading their horoscopes for this week.
